Our Wishes
*Please read through our rules and regulations carefully as they are enforced by this facility, and some of these rules are enforced by the state of Texas to ensure the dignity of the river, campgrounds, and safety of guests.
All cars entering the property must stop at the office and register. Any unregistered vehicles will be subject to being towed at the owner’s expense.
Vehicles will not be allowed entrance into the park without registering first.
All registered guests will be issued wristbands. If you are stopped without the band, you will be asked to show proof that you have one. If you cannot, you will be at risk of being asked to leave the premises or be charged $75 per night. There will be no refund if you choose to leave.
Quiet hours will be maintained from 10 pm –8 am. Day Guests, must leave the property by 10 pm. Loud Music, Profanity, Loud noises/ Nuisances will not be tolerated. Disturbances due to intoxication or domestic/ family violence will not be tolerated, and the ENTIRE party of each individual involved will be IMMEDIATELY removed from the property without refund.
The Following Items, Activities, and Behaviors are NOT Permitted.
4 wheelers, mini bikes, fireworks, confetti eggs/confetti poppers, glitter, streamers, silly string
Hunting, shooting of guns, BB guns, pellet guns or slingshots.
No damage of any kind to trees, shrubs, or other plants.
Interfering/ harassing/ chasing/ throwing items at/spotlighting people or animals.
No glass or Styrofoam is to be brought into the river or on the riverbanks
Jumping/diving from rocks/cliffs/trees into the river
Swimming in the pond, however, I do understand that fishing is permitted in the pond on a catch and release basis ONLY.
No Tents allow at any RV site or rooms. If this rule is broken, a fee of $200 will be charged to the card on file.
Leave site/unit as it is found:
Bag all trash and place it in the proper trash receptacles.
If furniture, tables, or fire rings have been moved from original locations, please return to where it was found.
RV sites and fire rings are to be left free of any trash, cigarette butts, cigars butts, candy wrappers, leftover food, etc.
RV/Cabin/Motel Requirements
The room must be swept.
Dishes are to be washed and put away.
Food/ Drinks are to be removed from the fridge and the freezer and fridge/freezer are to be wiped clean if needed.
Furniture is to be returned to its original place.
If anything breaks or is broken, it is my responsibility to make a report to Riverbend Management as soon as possible.
I understand that if my RV Site, Cabin, or Motel Room requires excessive cleaning, then Riverbend will charge the card I have on file, for the pertaining reservation, for a cleaning convenience fee of a minimum of $25 and a maximum of $150.00 per occurrence.
Pets are allowed with any reservation. Guests must agree to and sign the regulations and conditions as outlined on Riverbend's Pet Agreement. I understand that there are pet fees and it is my responsibility to pay the fees associated with the rental type. Each site type allows a max of 2 pets. There is a one time fee of $25 per pet. Cabins and Motel Rooms require a pet deposit of $150. $50 of the deposit is withheld as a cleaning fee and $100 is refunded as long as everything is left in acceptable condition.
Guests are liable and financially responsible for any damages, injuries, cost of repair, or replacement if I tamper with any electrical box or breaker.
RV max length per site is listed online, Riverbend will not be responsible for any issues caused as a result of not adhering to these restrictions.
RV Sites: Texas Law requires that sewer hoses are connected using a threaded connector or rubber donut.
Wildlife: Please respect the wildlife and do not spotlight, harass, chase or throw items at them. Yes, this includes deer and birds.
We cater to families, churches, weddings, family reunions, and many other friendly group activities. However, we do not permit groups under the age of 25 to camp without legal parents or guardians present at all times.
Cancellation Policy
Please be aware of our cancellation policy should you need to cancel your reservations with us.
60+ days before arrival date is subject to a 12% cancellation fee.
59-30 days before arrival is subject to 50% refund of deposit paid.
29-6 days before arrival, no refund of deposit.
Any cancellation made within 5 days of arrival date will be charged the remaining balance on reservation.
You forfeit your reservation if you are a "No Show" by 9 am after scheduled arrival date, with no prior notice, and you will be charged the full amount for your stay.
We do not give refunds to guests who shorten their length of stay. For example: If you book 14 nights then want to shorten your reservation to 10 nights, you will not be refunded for the 4 nights that you will not be staying.
No refund for leaving earlier than your check-out date, this includes your guest fee.
Bad Weather:
There are no refunds for bad weather, bad weather forecasts or bad river conditions during your reservation.
*When and if Riverbend is notified of a flash flood watch/warning, all guests in the affected area will need to move to higher ground.*
Disclaimer:
*Riverbend is not responsible for accidents! You are responsible for your party, safety, and property, this includes but is not limited to RV rentals.
*We ask you to please respect our property and leave the room/site how you found it. Riverbend reserves the right to charge a cleaning/damage fee up to, and not limited to, $25 if the room/site is not left in a clean condition at check-out. Riverbend reserves the right to charge the card on file. If your credit card is not valid any longer, legal action will be taken.
We reserve the right to refuse admittance to our camp to anyone, and the right to expel those not conforming to the rules of good conduct and safety! If asked to leave, no refund will be given.
