2025 Reservation Opening Dates

November 2, 2024 @ 10:00am: 14 night minimum will open

November 9, 2024 @ 10:00am: 5 night minimum will open

January 4, 2025 @ 10:00am: 3 night minimum will open

50% Deposit Required for Booking

When booking a reservation we require that a 50% deposit be paid to hold the site. We do not recommend paying more 50% because should you need to cancel, you will be charged a greater cancellation fee. 

Remaining Balances

As the arrival date for each reservation approaches, reminder email will be sent out. Within these emails, guests receive an option to pay the remaining balance for their reservations online. Please understand that the remaining balance is not due until the day of arrival or at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

    Please be aware of our cancellation policy should you need to cancel your reservations with us.

    ​60+ days before the arrival date is subject to a 12% cancellation fee.

    59-30 days before arrival is subject to 50% refund of the amount that has been paid.

  • A tree with leaves growing on it's trunk.

    ​29-6 days before arrival, no refund of the amount that has been paid.

  • A tree with leaves growing on it's trunk.

    Any cancellation made within 5 days of arrival date will be charged the remaining balance on reservation.

    You forfeit your reservation if you are a "No Show" by 11 am after scheduled arrival date, with no prior notice, and you will be charged the full amount for your stay.

We do not give refunds to guests who shorten their length of stay. For example: If you book 14 nights, then want to shorten your reservation to 10 nights, you will not be refunded for the 4 nights that you will not be staying.

Bad Weather:

There are no refunds for bad weather, bad weather forecasts or bad river conditions during your reservation.
*When and if Riverbend is notified of a flash flood watch/warning, all guests in the affected area will need to move to higher ground.*

Check-In and Check-Out Times

    Check-In 3:00 P.M. Check-Out: 11:00 A.M. for all Cabins, Large Motel Rooms, and Small Motel Rooms.

    Check-In: 2:00 P.M. Check-Out: 12 P.M. for all RV Sites.

*Additional day charged for guests staying 30 minutes past check-out times or arriving more than 30 minutes prior to check-in time.*

Deposit

A deposit in the amount of one-half the total of your stay at the basic rate is required to hold all accommodations. You forfeit your reservation if you are a "No Show" by 11 am after the scheduled arrival date, with no prior notice and you will be charged the full amount for your stay. Please call the office if you are going to be arriving past 6 pm.
